Welcome to Pro-LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System for PROTEOMICS). The system was developed to facilitate Mass Spectrometry data management/analysis/validation for proteomics efforts at the University of Kansas. It is a joint project of the Analytical Proteomics Laboratory (APL), Applied Bioinformatics Laboratory (ABL), and the Bioinformatics Core Facility (BCF). Pro-LIMS consists of a web-browser based interface, a relational database as a backend, and scripts to manage data, backup and archive files. The web-browser based interface allows end users to submit requests and access results via a web-browser based interface. It also accepts inputs from MS specialist.

The system is password-protected. Please login if you know your ID/password. Please contact us if you want to create an account in the system. Currently the system is available to KU researchers and their collaborators.

General public may access publicly available data and information in the public lobby. A list of proteomics links and tutorials is also available in the public lobby.
